直肠拭子采集方法

对不易获得的粪便，或排便困难的患者、幼儿，可采用直肠拭子法采集。在采样前先准备好无菌管，带上一次性手套，撕开采集拭子的包装，将采集拭子头用无菌生理盐水润湿，然后插入肛门约 4-5cm（幼儿约 2-3cm 处）轻轻转动拭子前端，采集结直肠表面粘液或粪便后取出，将拭子头掰断，放入无菌管中。一个样本采集一个拭子即可。

采集好的拭子样本需要尽快放入冰箱低温保存，-20℃冰箱可以保存 3 个月，-80℃冰箱可以长期保存。在运输时需采用干冰进行快递。 如果没有低温保存运输条件，可以采用微基生物研发的常温保存液，常温保存液可以让样本在常温下保存 2 周，如果时间较长，需要放入-20℃冰箱进行保存。在运输时，可以采用常温进行快递。
