胆汁酸

胆汁是由肝细胞产生的,通过肝内、肝外胆管排入肠道,帮助食物消化和营养物质的吸收,而胆汁酸就是这其中非常重要的一部分。胆汁酸分子内既含亲水性的羟基和羧基,又含疏水性的甲基及烃核。同时羟基、羧基的空间配位又全属α型,故胆汁酸的主要构型具有亲水和疏水两个侧面,使分子具有界面活性分子的特征,能降低油和水两相之间的表面张力。

胆汁酸在代谢中起到了促进脂类乳化、增强胰腺脂解的作用,直接参与了脂质和葡萄糖代谢,与肥胖和免疫应道存在着极其密切的关系;而在临床和疾病诊断方面,胆汁酸在研究肝胆胃肠疾病上起到了重要的作用[1]。

1 病理机制研究,可应用于肝胆疾病、胃肠道疾病、代谢性疾病方向的病理机制研究

2 疾病的辅助诊断,辅助肝胆疾病、胃肠道疾病、遗传代谢缺陷病等疾病诊断的一项指标,判断疾病的进程。

3 药物研发与治疗效果监测。
