<p>Venn图（文氏图）可以展现多个样品中所共有的OTU 数目，OTU 数目反映环境样品的相似性及重叠情况。在图中，如果两个不同颜色圆圈重叠的区域标注有数字100，说明这两个样品均有序列被划分入相同的OTU 中，且这样的OTU 有100 个。通常情况下，分析时选用相似水平为97%的OTU，此时OTU 的数目也可以代表菌种的数目。Venn图分析也是可以分析相似样本组成的样本集之间的关系。</p>
